- How many flavors do you carry?
We carry over 35 flavors of fudge which are listed in the product link at the bottom of the page. Typically, in the fudge industry, there are basic flavors which include chocolate, chocolate walnut, chocolate peanut butter, french vanilla, maple walnut, peanut butter and rocky road. We have specialty flavors that sell as well, if not better, than the basics, including chocolate cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, double chocolate fudge fudge (a.k.a. dark chocolate), pecan turtle and praline penuche - a new twist on an old fashioned favorite. We would be happy to speak with you about available flavors that would be essential to your demographic location.

- What is the shelf life of fudge?
All of our fudge is natural and contains no preservatives. We guarantee a shelf life of 6 weeks if left at room temperature in an environment in which it can breathe. DO NOT refrigerate your fudge, it will dry out. However, your fudge can last up to 6 months if double-sealed in freezer bags and frozen. Sealed or wrapped fudge at room temperature is not recommended for long-term use. Please refer to our Care and Handling instructions located in the bottom links.

- What is the shelf life of chocolate?
The shelf life of chocolate is typically up to 4 months. To ensure that you get the most out of your product, we cover our chocolate products completely (i.e. Belgian Chocolate Covered Pretzels) to avoid stale and/or bad product.

- Do I need a fudge display case or can I use one of my own?
You do not have to purchase a separate fudge display case if you already have one. However, we can build one to your specifications if needed.

- How much is a display case?
Display units are priced to fit your needs. We would be happy to build a customized merchandise display unit, 36" to 60", that markets the product for you through use of a glass and/or plexi-glass front, top and side panels. Also available upon request, a mobile unit that can go from your store, to a sidewalk, to festivals in the park, and full size kiosks are ideal for merchandising to the absolute maximum.

- What is the turn-around time for my WHOLESALE order?
All of our fudge is "made-to-order". Turn-around time is 5 days between date of order and ship date. We recommend placing orders on Monday as we strive to ship all fudge so that it reaches our customers in time for weekend sales.

- What is the turn-around time for my ONLINE RETAIL order?
Like wholesale orders, all of our fudge is "made-to-order". Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 1-4 business days for delivery depending on the shipping location.

- Do you private label?
Yes! We manufacture several hundred thousand pounds each year for our private label customers. If you provide us with your logo, we can customize your promotional signage.

- Do you provide start-up packages?
Start-up packages can be provided to you at cost. Each kit would include fudge cutters, patty tissue, gift bags, flavor tents and promotional signage and a portable digital scale, if needed.

- How is the product shipped?
Depending of the size of the order, we ship Fed-Ex, UPS, common carrier or direct delivery from our company to the east coast and mid-west.

- How much is shipping?
Shipping prices are based on the total weight or cost of your order, where it is being shipped, and seasonal weather conditions. However, for our wholesale customers, all bulk fudge is shipped free of charge.

- Will the fudge melt in warm weather?
No. Our fudge can withstand heat up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit for several days. If left in extreme temperatures, the fudge will soften, however it will not melt. Any soft fudge can be left at room temperature for 6-8 hours and it will resume its consistency. Please see Care and Handling instructions link located at the bottom.

- What is the difference between loaves and slabs of fudge?
Although we provide both loaves and slabs, the vast majority of our customers have switched to loaves for several reasons. Shelf space can be more effectively used by allowing you to display twice as many flavors in loaves than slabs, thus increasing sales. To eliminate over-cutting, we pre-score our slabs making it easier to visualize what a 1/4 lb. looks like and also helps keep the display cleaner. Through our history of experience, sales have been lost with slabs because customers were not able visualize the weight of the product they would receive due to the jigsaw effect cut slab fudge incurs.

- Do I need a scale?
No. All loaves are pre-scored in 1/4 lb. slices. However, we do recommend a scale as a check point to control over cutting the fudge and loss of profits.
